This dip is the creamy, zesty cousin to guacamole.  Whizz together in around 6 mins and serve along side grilled chicken, steak or low carb fajitas.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados peeled, roughly diced
  • 60 ml sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic large
  • ½ large lime juiced
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the diced avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and sour cream to a food processor.
  • Blend to combine until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings and flavourings as desired.
  • Optionally scatter with chopped fresh cilantro to serve.
